Not quite sure what it was all about, I looked a bit closer.
That's right! For $9.99, you can buy the "Radiant Fireplace 2" DVD.
I remember being very concerned as a young child that Santa would be unable to get into my house because we did not have a fireplace or a chimney. With the "Radiant Fireplace 2" DVD, children all over the world can have the peace of mind of knowing that Santa can get into the house through the cable wires!

On another note, can somebody please explain to me why the fact that Britney Spears and Paris Hilton are now "BFF's" is important enough to be national news? This morning, as I was getting ready for work, I had to endure an update on how Brit and Paris are practically inseparable.
Great. They were already hootchies. Now, they are like hootchies-squared.
And shouldn't Britney be home watching her children? What a joke!
(I should be ashamed of myself... the fact that I am even posting this is simply fueling the fire of the public's infatuation with people who are famous for no reason...)

Channel 11 broadcasts a fireplace with Christmas music in the background every Christmas morning. Great tradition - and it's free. No DVD required!!!
By the way, I wonder if the house smells like burned dust every year when you put the DVD in for the first time. ;)
Silly Dave. Channel 11 is PBS. The broadcast Sesame Street every morning.
That is BANANAS!
Yeah Dave - Sesame Street - Not fire places...
BTW - Wally World has that DVD for $5.99 - I hate that store...but I'm cheap and $4 is $4.
i wonder, has anyone seen Radiant Fireplace 1 ??? i'm always skeptical about buying a sequel to a movie i haven't seen. will it have some of the same logs, perhaps the only survivor of #1? will the plot fall short or fizzle out? i know what your thinking... hickory, birch or oak? i can't tell either... maybe Radiant Fireplace 3 will feature a future space Gas fireplace, but what fun would that be without the camio of "mr. hand with poker"... i'm just sayin...
Whew! Good thing I read this before I posted the "WHAT? Pam Anderson and Kid Rock are SPLITTING??! Who could have imagined such a conclusion to their true love saga?!?!" post. :)
They not only have the flaming fireplace DVD. There is the swimming tropical fishes, which turns your TV into an aquarium.
Uncle Mikey, FP2 is actually a pre-quel, where we learn how the kidling got so thin, and why the pine cones POP. The production values are much better, but it lacks the purity of FP1, which kept me standing in line for those multiple viewings that magical summer when I was 12.....
Okay, the video fireplace is just ridiculous. Unless...maybe I could get a video of a Christmas treee so I wouldn't have to go through the hassle of putting up a tree myself! This appeals to the ridiculous lazy streak in me. Okay, I'm starting to warm up to the video idea.
(Warm up! Get it? Man, I crack myself up.)
